The Inner Image Philosophy
The belief of Kristian Leach of Inner Image Personal Training is that one must strive to fully integrate the body and the mind. One's
"Inner" Image has such a profound impact on one's "Outer" image. This philosophy is the foundation of a training and nutritional
plan which believes that with the right guidance, a confident mind can allow the body to achieve some truely amazing results.
Many people are often intimidated or scared to take that first step into physical fitness and exercise. The first thing your
trainer will do for you is assess your current goals and fitness levels and design an appropriate exercise program which starts
you out at your own level, on your own terms. The number one priority is to meet your individual needs by providing a progressive
and enjoyable training experience.

Safety, variety, efficiency, and individuality are the essential variables of exercise, and your trainer is committed to
ensuring these variables in every single workout. If you have a goal, whether it be weight loss, enhanced self-image,
